This results in greater strength gain and more muscle growth. The StreetGains ABS Gymnastic Rings are used for calisthenics, gymnastics and bodyweight fitness training. Using the rings, you can perform pull-ups, push-ups, rows, iron crosses, dips, muscle-ups, front and back levers or even a handstand. The StreetGains ABS Gymnastic Rings have a special texture that improves the grip of the rings. As a result, the rings offer excellent grip both with and without the use of chalk.

Heavy-duty straps

The StreetGains ABS Gymnastic Rings set comes with two nylon heavy-duty straps. These straps each have a length of 550 centimeters. This makes it easy to attach the rings to various objects, such as a pull-up bar, tree or basketball ring. Both straps have length markings from 0 to 18. These numbers make it easy to hang the rings at exactly the same height. The straps are equipped with the SafeLock steel closures. This prevents the rings from sagging during use. The straps also have an integrated SmartHold Velcro closure. This ensures that the excess part of the straps can be rolled up, so that they do not get in the way. The straps are finished with a raised rubber StreetGains logo.

Carry bag

The set of ABS gymnastic rings comes with a stylish carrying bag, so that the rings and straps can be taken comfortably to any workout. The rings can therefore be used at home, outside or in the gym.
