Compact ankle weights

The StreetGains Ankle Weights 10KG are made of wear-resistant heavy-duty nylon, filled with steel balls. These heavy but small balls are divided into four compartments. This gives the ankle weights the flexible feature, which ensures that they can easily be folded around the ankles. The weight cuffs are equipped with double velcro closures and steel clips with which they can be securely fastened. The StreetGains Ankle Weights 10KG come in the color black and have a weight indication to easily recognize the weight. The set consists of two pieces, each weighing 5 kilograms.

Habe die Bestellt weil mir hängendes Beinheben zu einfach wurde. Das verstellbare Gewicht ist praktisch. Die Gewichte sitzen stabil und auch wenn Sie kopfüber hängen fällt nichts raus. Das erste Training damit war sehr zufriedenstellend.
