Kettlebell
Tell your bootcamp you say kettlebells. The kettlebell resembles a cannonball with a handle on it and is made of cast iron. It is an excellent way to build strength and fitness, but also to burn fat and lose weight. With a good kettlebell workout you can book results that would normally require a lot of fitness equipment! You can choose from kettlebells from 4 to 28 kilos.

Battle rope
A battle rope is a special rope with a handle at each end. You can use a battle rope to perform various exercises to increase your strength, stability and stamina. A workout with the battle rope can be very intense and is therefore very suitable for people who want to lose weight. The battle rope can be used both indoors and outdoors. This makes the battle rope a real bootcamp must have! The battle rope is available with a length of 15 meters. This length offers the most benefits and is therefore most often used. The diameter of the battle rope determines the weight. The heavier the rope, the more difficult the exercises become. The battle rope is available with a diameter of 2.5 cm, 3.7 cm and 5 cm. In general, the battle rope with a diameter of 3.7 cm is the most popular.

Resistance belt
A resistance belt is ideal for training your speed and explosiveness. We have two types of resistance belts, namely the Recoil 360 and the SpeedSac. They both provide extra resistance, but can not be compared with each other. The SKLZ Recoil 360 works with a special elastic fever that provides resistance. This flexible resistance port can be used alone or together with another person. This makes the Recoil 360 of SKLZ extra suitable for bootcamp training in groups. Opposite there is the SKLZ SpeedSac. Instead of a special resistance port, the SpeedSac works with an adjustable weight, which you literally drag behind you while running. The weight bags in the SpeedSac are removable so that the resistance can be adjusted according to your needs. Thanks to the handles on the bags, these can also be used to perform exercises for the upper body. Think of shoulder presses, squats or for example tricep extensions.
