Multifunctional chin-up bar

The Gymstick pull-up bar is the most versatile chin-up bar currently available. Within seconds you attach the bar to a door frame without the use of screws. After this, pull-ups, chin-ups and leg raises can be performed. These exercises can be varied with three different grip positions: the narrow, wide and neutral grip. By varying between these grips, you can ease or weight exercises and emphasize certain muscle groups. In addition, the chin-up bar can also be placed on the ground, making it possible to perform deep push-ups and dips. The screw-free pull-up bar can also be attached to the bottom of the door frame to clamp your feet during abdominal exercises.

The pull-up bar is made of strong steel and the handles have soft foam for comfort and grip.
