Pleasant model weight vest with a total weight of 10 kg. The weight vest of Muscle Power® connects very well to the body and is adjustable with a belt and Velcro. The weight vest consists of 10 weights of 1 kg each. The weights can be removed from the vest to adjust the weight to your liking. Weight vests make your usual exercises more efficient by adding weight to the body. This means your body has to work harder to be able to do the same exercises. Because of the design of this vest, it is also good to use by ladies.
