High quality birch wood

The set consists of two rings which are made with high precision and craftsmanship from high quality birch wood. The StreetGains Gymnastic Rings have a thickness of 32 millimeters. This is the most commonly used size for rings in the fitness world. The special birch wood is light and offers excellent grip, both with and without the use of magnesium. The rings are also provided with a laser-cut StreetGains logo.

Heavy duty straps

The set also includes two extra long nylon heavy-duty straps. Each with a length of 550 centimeters. This makes it very easy to attach the rings to a chin-up bar, tree, basketball hoop or other object. The straps are provided with length indications. This way, both rings can easily be hung at exactly the same height. Thanks to the integrated SmartHold Velcro closure, you roll up the excess part of the straps, so that it does not hinder during training. The straps also have the SafeLock technology. This prevents tension on the steel clasp, so that the rings will never sag. The straps are finished with a raised rubber StreetGains logo.

Carry bag

To be able to take the StreetGains Gymnastic Rings with you everywhere, the set comes with a handy carrying case. Here the rings and straps can be stored. This makes it easy to use the rings at home, outside or in the gym.

A diameter of 28 or 32 millimeters?

We offer both rings for fitness and for gymnastics. The difference between these two types is the thickness of the ring. Gymnastic rings have a diameter of 28 millimeters and are specially made according to the requirements of the FIG (Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique). It is easier to use a so-called 'false grip' on these rings. Fitnesst rings have a diameter of 32 millimeters. These thicker rings are used for fitness training. With these rings you develop more grip strength than with gymnastic rings. These rings also feel more comfortable for an athlete with big hands.

Our advice

For a longer lifespan of the straps, we recommend attaching the straps to smooth surfaces to avoid friction. Also make sure that the steel buckle of the straps does not make contact with the wood, to prevent damage to the rings..
