Heavy ankle weights
Ankle weights are weights that are attached just above the ankle joint to create extra resistance. Because the weight is attached to the end of a limb, a relatively low weight already ensures a high resistance. Ankle weights can be used for weighting exercises such as: leg extensions, squat kicks, walking lunges, leg raises and calf raises. This makes ankle weights ideal for training the core, buttocks, upper legs and lower legs. In addition, using ankle weights, various bodyweight exercises such as: the human flag, dragon flag, front lever and back lever can be weighted. Our ankle weights consist of small bags. These bags are filled with steel pellets. This makes the ankle weights more flexible than ankle weights with a steel plate filling. The ankle weight therefore fits perfectly around your leg. The ankle weights are available in a 5 and 10 KG version. All ankle weights are supplied in a set of two and are always adjustable, so that the weight can be adjusted in steps.
