Standard Resistance Bands
The Resistance Band is a very effective training tool and offers countless possibilities for using it in your training. Your own creativity is your limitation. Resistance Bands are used to illuminate or aggravate an exercise. Strengthening an exercise is ideal when your goal is to increase strength and stimulate muscle growth. The unique thing about training with a resistance band is that the further the band is stretched, the greater the resistance becomes. There is also constant tension on the muscle during the execution of an exercise. These two unique characteristics distinguish a resistance band workout from other workouts. In addition to the weighting of an exercise, the Resistance Band can be used to illuminate an exercise. This is ideal if you want to learn a certain bodyweight exercise, such as the Pull-Up, Muscle-Up or the One-Arm Pull-Up. We have put together various special packages for this purpose. Short Bands are, as the name suggests, a shorter version of the standard resistance bands. The Short Bands have a length of thirty centimeters. With some exercises, a shorter band simply comes in handy. You don't have to fold the resistance band in half or wrap it around something to create the right length. Apart from the shorter length, the Short Bands are identical to the standard resistance bands. The Short Bands can be used to train both the upper and lower body. Mini Bands & Booty Bands
Mini Bands are short resistance bands with a length of about thirty centimeters. The use of Mini Bands is extremely popular with athletes who want to train the leg and buttock muscles. They are therefore often called Booty Bands. In addition to training the lower body, Mini Bands are also ideal for warming up, muscle activation, rehabilitation and injury prevention. Due to the short length of the Mini Bands, the muscle is constantly under tension during an exercise. Mini Bands are available in a fabric and a rubber version. The rubber version, like our standard resistance bands, is made of 100% premium latex rubber, without the addition of other materials that make the band weaker. To get the most out of a training with a resistance band you can use a number of accessories. For example, a door anchor is available. With this door anchor you can easily attach the resistance band to a door. That way you can train anywhere, anytime. In addition, a handle for the resistance band is available. This handle makes holding the resistance band more comfortable and also provides a better grip. Finally, there is the ankle strap. This offers the option to attach the resistance band to your ankle.
