Not exactly what you expected?
There is nothing as bad as disappointment. Therefore you have the right to return your product without notice to us within 30 days, starting the day of delivery. We would appreciate it if you give a reason so that we can improve our service and products for the future. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The costs of return are at the buyers expens. Do you want to return a product? Please register the return with us first. Together we can look at whether you want to exchange the product or would like a refund.
