What is a Suspension Trainer

A suspension trainer, also called TRX, is a training tool with which the entire body can be trained. What makes the suspension trainer unique is that it uses its own body weight and gravity to create resistance. With the suspension trainer, more than a hundred different exercises can be performed, with which strength, balance, flexibility and core stability are developed. Exercises performed with the suspension trainer are easy to relieve or increase by changing the angle at which you train. This makes a suspension trainer suitable for both beginners and advanced. The suspension trainer is light, compact and easy to attach to a door or pull-up bar.

Which Suspension Trainer should I choose
