By placing the Equalizers in a different position, these can also be used for other exercises. When the Equalizers are laid out flat, for example, they can be used as push-up supports. Pushups have a lot in common with parallettes, but are a lot more compact and lighter. Like the name does, Pushups, also known as Push-Up Bars, are ideal for use when printing. The big advantage of push-up supports is that you can sink much deeper during printing than without the use of push-up supports. As a result, the range of motion is increased, so that muscles are under tension for longer and are optimally stimulated. Print supports also ensure that the wrists are less loaded.
