What is the delivery time & what are the shipping costs?
Your order is usually shipped via DPD or the local delivery service in the country of delivery. After the package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation. You will find the tracking code in this email. This allows you to view the status and expected delivery time of your order via the website of the delivery service. In this email you will also find a number of delivery options, including the option to have the package delivered on a different day. If the package is small enough to fit through the letterbox, it will be delivered through the letterbox. In that case, you do not have to stay at home to receive the package.

Delivery of heavy products
For orders with a weight higher than 31,5 kilograms and with a delivery address outside the Netherlands, a shipping surcharge can be charged, regardless of the total amount of the order. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately after placing the order. You can still cancel the order afterwards.
When you place an order, you of course want to receive the product as quick as possible. Therefore we ship orders, that are placed on working days before 15.00, the same day. You usually receive your order within 1 to 4 working days This applies to products that are in stock. You can check the availability of the product on the product page.
Pick up at a service point
Would you rather not receive your order at home? Then there is the option to have the package delivered to a package point. You can then collect the package yourself when it suits you. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation. In this email you will find a number of delivery options, including the option to have the package delivered to a package point.
Not at home when the order is delivered
Are you not at home when the delivery person delivers the package? That's no problem. The delivery person will then try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If that does not work, the delivery person will leave a ticket and you will receive an e-mail. This makes it quick and easy to indicate whether the shipment must be offered again on another day or whether it must be presented at a parcel point so that it can be picked up there. Even when the shipment could be delivered to neighbors, we will send an e-mail message with the specific delivery information. Fast, reliable and easy!
