The difference between the models is in the width of the band, which ensures the resistance that the band can deliver. Two resistance numbers are displayed, one low and one high. As the resistance band is stretched further, the resistance becomes higher. The low resistance therefore indicates the minimum resistance that the band provides. The high resistance indicates the resistance that the band offers when it is fully stretched.
